Tahira Bruff began her career at ImmaCare in 2008 as a housing case manager. Prior to ImmaCare, Ms. Bruff worked for Community Health Resources in billing as well Community Public Management as support staff which entailed supervising adults who cannot live alone due to mental illness. It was in this role where Ms. Bruff felt most fulfilled in her career, which led her to ImmaCare. Through the years, Ms. Bruff worked closely with clients on maintaining their housing, and the many aspects it involves. In 2016, Ms. Bruff was promoted to lead housing case manager, and later in that same year she was promoted to Supportive Housing Manager. In this role, Ms. Bruff utilizes her expertise to manage the housing case managers, helping to guide them.

Ms. Bruff stated, “I wouldn’t be here as long as I have if I didn’t like the work I was doing. I find it very rewarding when I see them succeed, especially when I see how grateful clients are when I help them.” A beloved quote is, “Don’t be afraid to fail; be afraid not to try.” ~ Unknown
