Janievette Correa began her career at ImmaCare in 2016 as a front desk attendant. In that role, Ms. Correa was able to interact with clients as they came for appointments with their case managers. She developed an interest to help clients to achieve their personal goals. In 2018, Ms. Correa was promoted to shelter case manager, where she carried her own caseload and was able to directly impact clients by helping to end their homelessness. After being a shelter case manager for three years, in 2021, Ms. Correa was promoted to Director of Programs where she continues the journey to execute ImmaCare’s mission and ensure that clients receive optimal services with compassion. Ms. Correa is happy to be giving back to the community she grew up in. Ms. Correa said, “What began as a front desk job while I was furthering my education has become a career path that I’m very proud of.”
