Congratulations to ImmaCare Board Member, Patricia Graham, LMSW, for being a finalist in Hartford HealthCare’s EMMie Awards in the category of Customer’s Choice for her role as Clinician, Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program- Connecting Adolescents with Psychosis Program at the Institute of Living.
