Hartford Foundation Awards More Than $900,000 to Help Reduce Homelessness in Greater Hartford
A recent social media post from Hartford Foundation for Public Giving shared the following:
“More than 1,400 Greater Hartford individuals and families who are facing homelessness will receive much needed help thanks to the work of five area nonprofit agencies and funding of more than $928,000 from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
We’re grateful to be partnering with Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, Hands On Hartford, ImmaCare Inc. formerly Immaculate Conception Shelter, My Sisters’ Place, Hartford, CT and The Salvation Army in Connecticut and Rhode Island (Southern New England Division) to support their important work in the region.”
