Waiting for Shelter

This picture is part of ImmaCare’s history, back during a time when people experiencing homelessness needed to wait outside, on a line, sometimes for hours, prior to being let inside the Shelter at 4PM. Today, ImmaCare’s Shelter is a 24-7 operation, and the entire Shelter System has been revamped into a much more humane process.
